Refund policy

All sales are final. Because our loc extensions and hair are handcrafted and custom made to order, we do not offer refunds.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered on select products under extenuating circumstances, at Macon Styles' discretion. Custom loc orders cannot be exchanged, since each order is handmade to the customer's requested specifications. Digital products (e-books, workbooks, tutorials and masterclasses) are non-refundable once access has been delivered.

Cancellations

Order cancellations are typically not allowed once an order is processed and the handmade process has begun. Please make sure you are certain about your order, quantity and specifications before purchasing. Not sure how many bundles you need? Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.

Shipping refunds

If a USPS Express (guaranteed) shipment is delivered late due to a transit delay, Macon Styles will file a claim and refund the shipping fee, typically within 3-5 business days of confirmed delivery. A transit delay does not qualify the order itself for a refund.
