How to Care for Your Locs
1. Keep your scalp clean: Wash every 1–2 weeks with a residue-free shampoo like our Detoxing Shampoo so buildup doesn't settle in your locs.
2. Moisturize lightly: Mist your locs between wash days and use a light oil on your scalp. Avoid heavy creams and waxes that cause buildup.
3. Dry completely: Squeeze out water with a microfiber towel and let your locs dry fully to prevent mildew.
4. Protect at night: Sleep with a satin or silk bonnet, scarf, or pillowcase to reduce frizz and lint.
5. Stay on a maintenance schedule: Retwist or interlock new growth every 4–8 weeks, and don't over-tighten your roots.

( 1 BUNDLE= 10 LOCS. When you select your quantity, you are selecting the number of bundles you would like. For instance, if you select the quantity of 3 you will be placing an order for 3 bundles or 30 locs. The average number of locs for an adult head ranges 40 to 110 depending on what size they are. Your hair volume and size loc you want determines how many bundles you need. For instance, If you have thick hair and would like small locs, then you would need a minimum of 8 Hairitage Loc bundles.
1. Pricing is per bundle (10 locs) and hair is included in pricing. Handmade using Hairitage Afro Bundles *100% human afro textured kinky hair. Therefore, locs can be bleached/dyed. 2. Feels and looks like matured, aged, natural grown locs. 3. Can be added to existing locs to add length or for repairs on broken locs. 4. Can be added to loose, natural hair to create a head full of locs as an alternative to wrapping hair for Loc extensions. 5. Permanent and will not unravel. 6. Natural looking. Can be made any size and/or length.
